Shirley has recently been appointed as the new Vicar of Holy Trinity and St Ann’s Warrington. Shirley has significant experience in ministry and community. At her previous post she was assistant curate at St Stephens Church in Gateacre where she has developed new services and supported teams to encourage ministries such as Messy Church, that has been attended monthly by up to 100 children. During her incumbent’s study leave, she had the experience of leading the parish for four months.
As a former teacher, she has a heart for schools ministry and has been an active governor of a local school. She is committed to the agenda of helping the church to make a bigger difference and has been actively involved in church community initiatives such as Street Pastors and Debt Counselling.

He is also involved in our Focus Group on Wednesday lunch times and is involved in Friday Lunch club and Trinity at two. He is involved in running the Warrington Food Bank based at Friars Green Church.
