Christmas Eve

Our Christingle Service will on Wednesday 24^th  December at  4.00 p.m.

The Children’s society first introduced the Christingle service to the Church of England in 1968,  and it has  become one of the most popular  church services in the church calendar.

During the service the Christian message is explained as the Christingles are made.

Christingle symbolism

• The Orange – represents the world
• The red ribbon –indicate the love and blood of Christ
• The dried fruits and sweets – symbols of God’s creation
• The lit candle – symbolised Jesus the Light of the world

Christmas Day 

Our Christmas day service is held at 11.00 a.m. on Christmas morning.  We would be delighted for you to join us
