We are sure you will be impressed by the ability and enthusiasm of those taking part. It is good to know that music of this type is still being taught to such a high standard in the town. Apart from their support of our biennial young musicians competition and participation in the Warrington Youth Orchestra, they have put on concerts elsewhere, notably at Lymm Baptist Church when they gave a concert in aid of Ollie’s Fund, a fund that has raised over £400,000 so far. Ollie Gardiner from Buckinghamshire is a 12 year old who was diagnosed with a brain tumour and spine cancer in 2015 and is now undergoing the only credible option for him known as the Vienna Protocol.
