Re:Act is a WYFC event that will be happening outside Holy Trinity on Wednesday 6th August from 12:00 – 16:00. We will be looking for the church to be open from 10:00 am for setting up and for people to help give out bottles of water and balloons.
WYFC will be doing the on street evangelism with the help of ‘Make Jesus Known’ who will be coming over from Manchester. We will have the church open for coffee bar and hope to have a couple of people who can be around for praying for people. Speak to Gregor Stewart or Caroline Batey if you can help.
“Make Jesus Known” was started in 2006 by Tim and Charissa Cooke. Their vision is to share the great news of Jesus with everyone, see people come into a living relationship with Jesus, and for Christians to be set on fire to make Jesus known where they live.
The band Crossfya is main way “Make Jesus known” connect with young people at outreach events. “Make Jesus Known” will partner with WYFC and the message to run Overload at the Peace Centre in Warrington on Friday 4th August at 6.30pm when Tim Cooke will be speaking and Crossfya will be performing.
